In July, the League’s Board of Directors with a handful of parents/coaches met for a two-day retreat to develop a Strategic Plan. The purpose of the Plan is to develop one, two and three-year goals for the League addressing our vision, potential barriers to growth, and moving forward with a purpose. Assisted by non-profit consultants, the Board adopted three strategic directions including Leveraging our Resources to Grow, Strengthening our Internal Infrastructure, and Maximizing our Program Impact. From there, 90-Day Implementation Plans were completed with set coordinators and timelines for completion. As we move through the first part of our Plan, we look forward to sharing the goals and accomplishments.
