BASEBALL

WELCOME TO SPIRIT LEAGUE BASEBALL

Our 2020 Spring Baseball Season was canceled due to COVID-19. Dependant on State and local regulations, we hope to host baseball again in early 2021. Check back in November for additional information.

Baseball is a classic Spirit League sport. Athletes will learn basic sports skills in addition to team behaviors which are so important as athletes age and prepare for school and work.

Once your athlete is signed up for a baseball season, Spirit League staff will review all registrations and create the most balanced teams possible based on ability, experience, and age. Spirit League does not have tryouts or pre-season evaluations. Our seasons are 10-weeks long with 90 minute sessions each week (includes both practice and game times).

WELCOME TO SPIRIT LEAGUE SOCCER

COVID-19 Update

Spirit League will be hosting our first ever Soccer Clinic Series each Saturday in October 2020 (five clinics). Led by League athletic staff, athletes will meet in small cohorts at the Oso Fields for a one-hour skills clinic. Targeted soccer skills will rotate each week focusing on both improving individual skills and on developing personal confidence handling the ball on the field. The League will provide a soccer ball for each athlete to bring each week and distancing will be accommodated, as much as feasible.

Online registration will be from September 1 to 15. Please see the Registration tab above for more information on the Clinic and our Return to Play Guidelines.

Soccer is a visual sport. Athletes will work on motor planning skills, keeping their eyes on the ball and being aware of their surroundings, in addition to the fundamentals of the sport. Whether your athlete is new to soccer or has played with the League for several seasons, we welcome your family to join us in October.
