Bowling…sounds simple right? Bowling takes not only physical skill but social skill. We plan to work on the game from both angles during our Adult Bowling Clinic.

Open to athletes ages 18 – 32 years, the Clinic will focus on the fundamentals of bowling including ball selection, form, and scoring. From the life-skill perspective, athletes will learn how to get the appropriate shoe wear, the importance of being on time (if you are late, you can’t join a game in progress), and how to participate in a recreational sport in a social environment (taking turns, encouragement, appropriate teasing, etc.
