Calm, cool and collected. That’s Jake and he is celebrating a decade with Spirit League by moving away to college to study Automotive Technology.
Jake says that baseball and basketball were his favorite sports and made even better when his dad became his coach 8 years ago. Exercise and the chance to meet new people while playing sports were his motivation.
As his final hurrah, he is playing volleyball this summer with the League’s adult program. We know he will use these skills on his college campus as he makes new friends away from home.
We are bursting with excitement for Jake and his family and will miss him and his brother, Josh, who volunteered on game days for three years.
